In furtherance of our strong commitment to helping those in need, Emmanuel, Sheppard and Condon proudly announces the expansion of our legal services into the area of Veterans Benefits Law.

As a result of bravely serving our country, many veterans suffer from a range of physical and mental health problems, including post traumatic stress disorder, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, exposure to toxic chemicals, depression, and many other disabling conditions. Sadly, every year thousands of veterans or their family members file claims for veterans benefits and are denied or undercompensated by the government. Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon is honored to serve our military veterans in their time of need.

Establishing entitlement to veterans benefits or obtaining increased compensation for established disabilities is a lengthy and complex process. Anyone who has filed a claim for veterans disability benefits knows that the procedure is complicated, with seemingly infinite paperwork and waiting times. Veterans Benefits Lawyers from Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon will work diligently with the goal of helping veterans and their families obtain compensation for their injuries and disabilities more quickly and efficiently.

Emmanuel, Sheppard and Condon employs a qualified and dedicated staff of attorneys to handle all veterans benefits claims. H. Wesley Reeder is a retired Naval Reserve Officer with more than 24 years of aviation industry related service to the U.S. Military and federal government. While on active duty in the U.S. Navy, Wes had the honor of serving as a crewman with the Blue Angels. Wes’ commercial and construction litigation experience, coupled with his extensive military background, brings a depth of understanding and experience to the practice of Veterans Benefits Law.

Wanda Radcliffe began practicing law in 1986 and has become known for her dedication to her clients. Wanda devotes much of her practice to Social Security Disability, and she has fought to help hundreds of disabled people who were turned down by social security receive the benefits they were entitled to. Wanda is also known as a tough personal injury attorney, representing individuals with a wide variety of claims—from car accidents to dog bites. Wanda now focuses her breadth of experience on obtaining available veterans benefits for those in need.

Since 2003, Stacey P. Clark devoted her legal practice to plaintiff’s representation in Social Security disability and Personal Injury Protection litigation. Stacey has dedicated her practice to representing citizens who have been denied benefits to which they are entitled. She now uses these same principles and skills to advocate for the benefits denied to veterans and their families.

In addition, Matthew M. Villmer utilizes his experience in personal injury litigation and contract & commercial litigation to effectively represent veterans with service-connected injuries. Matthew’s tenacity and acute attention to detail provide veterans with the zealous representation they deserve.
