Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon Fiesta Days kicks off the 61st annual Fiesta Celebration on Thursday June 3 with hundreds of guests in attendance. Historic Seville Quarter comes alive with decorations and food in five rooms, each representing one of the five countries that have governed Pensacola; Spanish, French, British, Confederate, and American. Festivities begin at 7 p.m.
During the Emmanuel Sheppard & Condon Fiesta Days Celebration, Surrender of the City will take place at 7:30 p.m. in Phineas Phoggs, Seville Quarter. Local dignitaries such as the Mayor, the Fire Chief, and the Supervisor of Elections will surrender the City of Pensacola and its citizens to DeLuna and his Queen for the Fiesta season.
