Stacey N. Penn is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Law, where she earned her J.D. cum laude.
As with most law degree seeking students, Stacey spent her summers interning with various judicial entities learning the nuts and bolts of courtroom procedure and protocol. While interning for the U.S. District, Middle District of Florida, Stacey worked closely with the federal judge and the court deputy managing the caseload, entering exhibits and also assisted with the jury selection wheel. With the Public Defenders Office in Gainesville, she served subpoenas and worked crime scene investigations. It was during her summer internship with a private law firm that she was introduced to Personal Injury law, working cases from initial consultation through trial or settlement.
Stacey will practice primarily in the area of Social Security, Personal Injury, and Trial Law.
