Since Shane joined Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon, he has developed a reputation with insurance adjusters as a Pensacola personal injury attorney who will not back down. Although Shane was born in Pensacola, Florida, he was raised in the Florida Keys. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida, College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Legal Intern, Shane represented indigent clients in various legal matters while at the University of Florida.

Shane has co-published a document outlining the various types of vehicle insurance and coverage and speaks to public groups on the topic. He was selected by The Florida Bar to write a chapter on “Florida Automobile Insurance Law” (2005, 6th Edition), Chapter 1, Financial Responsibility and Compulsory Insurance Laws.
