Erick M. Drlicka
Personal Injury & Wrongful Death Attorney in Pensacola
Erick M. Drlicka
Pensacola, Florida
Director, since 1987
No case is too challenging for Erick Drlicka, who has been practicing law with Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon since 1987 and has handled more than 22 trials. Erick is one of only 39 attorneys certified for civil trial in Pensacola by the Florida Bar, and his practice is devoted largely to personal injury.
Erick has helped thousands of Pensacola personal injury victims receive the compensation they were entitled to, and is responsible for a $1.3 million verdict to a single mother who was injured by a motor vehicle. Due to the fact that Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon is a multi-discipline firm, Erick was able to set up a guardianship for her son and handle her Social Security Disability issues as well.
Erick graduated from the University of Florida College of Law, where he was a member of the trial competition team. Prior to earning his law degree, Erick received an undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College, cum laude, and a graduate degree in international affairs from Columbia University.
Since joining Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in 1987, he has become a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and distinguished himself as a member of numerous professional associations, including the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, and the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers.
Mr. Drlicka was the attorney-coach for the mock trial team at Catholic High School for seven years, and served on the board of the American Red Cross as well as Catholic High School's Development Council and finance committee.
