After 45 years with the firm Al Condon has announced his retirement from the practice of law effective October 31, 2010.
Condon began his law practice in Tampa, FL in 1961. After graduating from Vanderbilt University and serving in the United States Marine Corps he attended the University of Florida College of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review. He joined the Pensacola law firm which eventually became Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon in 1965. He has practiced primarily in the area of Civil Trial Law since that time as a Florida Bar Board Certified lawyer.
An AV-rated attorney by Martindale Hubbell, Condon is former Special Counsel to the Governor of Florida, Past President of the Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, past member of the Board of Governors of The Florid Bar, and emeritus member of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners. He is also Past President of Emmanuel, Sheppard & Condon.
